The LWG serves as the central coordination point — ensuring all 8 committees are aligned, resourced, and working toward shared goals.
Collaboration
Committees don't operate in silos. The LWG facilitates cross-committee collaboration so that events, outreach, technology, and content all reinforce each other.
Growth
As Undugu scales into new chapters and programming, the LWG ensures the organizational infrastructure grows with it — structured, intentional, and brother-led.
