Quiet hands. Shared responsibility.
The Leadership Working Group holds the connective tissue of Undugu: helping committees stay aligned, protecting the spirit of the room, and supporting the movement as it grows more mature.
Not executive distance. Grounded service.
Undugu needs structure, but the structure has to remain human. The Leadership Working Group exists to coordinate without making the movement feel corporate, to build capacity without losing the intimacy that made the room trustworthy.
This is quiet institutional work: alignment, follow-through, partner readiness, committee support, and care for the brothers carrying responsibility.
Trust grows when care becomes organized.
Committees connected
The LWG helps every pathway keep moving in relationship with the whole movement.
Shared mission
Brotherhood, emotional wellness, leadership, and community restoration remain the center.
Before control
The posture is stewardship: listening, coordinating, protecting trust, and serving the village.
Help steward what is growing.
Undugu is becoming more structured because the work deserves to last. There is room for brothers who can serve with humility and steadiness.
The village is still being rebuilt.
There is room to witness it, support it, and step into it.
