Two Formats.
One Brotherhood.
Each Tuesday format serves a distinct purpose, but both are rooted in the same belief: Black and Brown men deserve spaces where truth can be spoken and growth can happen in community.
From Interest
to Presence
The pathway into Undugu is simple. The point is not complexity. The point is showing up.
Express Interest
Brothers begin by letting Undugu know they want to attend. This creates the first point of connection and opens the pathway into the community.
Arrive in Person
The work of Undugu is rooted in presence. The room matters. Being physically present is part of what makes the experience transformative.
Enter the Brotherhood
Brothers experience honest conversation, accountability, and support through one of the Tuesday formats. The brotherhood begins in the room.
Brotherhood
Requires Rhythm
Healing and growth are not occasional activities. They require rhythm, repetition, and real commitment. By gathering every Tuesday, Undugu creates a structure strong enough to hold honesty, leadership, accountability, and transformation.
Every Tuesday creates rhythm, trust, and reliability. The work becomes part of life, not an occasional event.
Each session has a clear purpose. Undugu is intentional, not random, and that is part of why it works.
The goal is not simply to talk. The goal is growth — in emotional awareness, communication, presence, and leadership.
